Privacy Policy

Crypto AI Pro is developed by OOTW Studios (OutOfThisWorld Studios), a sole-trader software studio based in Slovenia, EU, which is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact: contact@outofthisworld-studios.com.

This policy covers the Crypto AI Pro app (package com.ootw.cryptogridpulse), however you installed it, and the Crypto AI Pro server it talks to.

Your account. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Depending on how you sign in, Firebase processes your e-mail address and password, your Google account identity, or your phone number for SMS codes. We never see or store your password. Our server keeps your e-mail address, a username derived from it, the call sign you choose, the dates your account was created and last used, and the Firebase and Google account identifiers that link your sign-in to your account. We use this to run your account.

Exchange connections. If you connect an exchange, the API key, secret and passphrase you enter are sent to our server and stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). They are used only to send the requests you start to that exchange, and the app never shows them again. Create keys without withdrawal permission; you can revoke them at your exchange at any time.

Paper trading. The built-in paper grid's settings, simulated trades and log are stored on our server under your account. Paper trades use live prices but no real orders. Freqtrade bots you add by URL, with their credentials, are stored on your device only.

Plan and usage. Your plan (Free or Premium), its end date and your daily count of AI questions. Premium cannot be bought in this version.

AI questions. The text you send to the AI advisor, and the bot data you ask it to summarise, are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce the answer. The app uses Gemini's free tier. Under Google's terms, Google uses content sent to the free tier to provide, improve and develop its products, and human reviewers may read it. Do not include personal information, account details or API keys in your questions.

App configuration. The app and our server read settings, such as the emergency stop, from Firebase Remote Config. This creates a Firebase installation identifier for the app.

Technical logs. Like any web service, our server records basic request data (time, IP address, requested address and result) to keep the service secure and to fix faults.

Market data. Prices come from public exchange interfaces (Bybit by default). No personal data is involved.

The app shows no advertising and contains no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software. It does not ask for your location, contacts or microphone. The camera is used only when you choose to scan a QR code while connecting an exchange; the image is read on your device and is not uploaded. We do not sell personal data.

Google (Firebase Authentication, Firebase Remote Config and Installations, Gemini API). Google may process this data outside the EU, including in the United States, under its data processing terms. See Google's Privacy Policy and the Gemini API terms. Your exchange receives the requests you start with your keys, under its own privacy policy.

We process account, exchange, paper-trading, plan and AI data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep technical logs and run the emergency stop to keep the service secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

We keep your data while your account exists. In the app, Settings → Account → Permanently Delete Account removes your account record, your stored exchange keys, your paper-trading data and your plan record from our server, and deletes your Firebase sign-in account. For two hours afterwards our server remembers only the deleted account's identifier, so that an old sign-in token cannot re-create the account. Removing an exchange connection deletes its stored keys immediately. AI questions already sent to Google are kept by Google under its terms.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to its processing. Write to contact@outofthisworld-studios.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Slovenia that is the Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).

Crypto AI Pro is a trading tool for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Traffic between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). Exchange keys are encrypted at rest with a key that is not part of the app or its source code, and the app never receives them back. No method of storage is perfectly secure; keep your exchange keys limited to the permissions you need.

Pages on outofthisworld-studios.com, including this one, use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google AdSense. That applies to the website, not to the app.

When the app changes how it handles data, we update this page and its effective date before that version is released, and we describe significant changes in the app's release notes.
