Terms of Use

Crypto AI Pro is provided by OOTW Studios (OutOfThisWorld Studios), a sole-trader software studio based in Slovenia, EU ("we"). By creating an account you accept these terms. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The app shows market data, runs a paper grid bot that simulates fills on live prices, replays strategies on past prices in the Strategy Lab, answers questions with an AI advisor, and can connect to an exchange account you own through API keys you create. Paper trading and Lab results are simulations. They involve no real orders and do not predict how a strategy will perform with real money.

Nothing in the app, including answers from the AI advisor, is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. AI answers can be wrong or out of date. Decide for yourself, and get professional advice where you need it.

If you connect an exchange, orders are placed on your own account with your own funds, under that exchange's terms. You are responsible for every order you place or let a bot place, for the permissions you give your API keys, and for taxes. Crypto-assets are highly volatile and you can lose all the money you trade. Exchanges, networks and market data can fail or be delayed, and an order can fill at a different price than expected. Create API keys without withdrawal permission, and revoke them at your exchange if you stop using the app.

You must be at least 18, and trading crypto-assets must be legal where you live. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not misuse the service, attack it, or use it to break the law or an exchange's rules. We may suspend an account that does.

The free plan has daily limits shown in the app. Premium cannot be bought in this version. When it can, the price and billing period will be shown before you pay, and you can cancel at any time; Premium then stays active until the end of the paid period. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of buying it. If you ask for Premium to start straight away, you pay only for the part of the period you have already used.

We work to keep the app and server available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may pause trading features in an emergency (the app then cannot open new positions, while you can still stop bots and close positions), change features, or end the service. If we end it, we will give reasonable notice so you can revoke your exchange keys.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or losses caused by exchanges, networks, market data, AI answers, or your API key settings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Permanently Delete Account. This removes your account and its data from our server as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will tell you in the app before they take effect, and you can delete your account if you do not agree. These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
